We changing our paper Client Consent Forms for a new online form wich will makes our work easier in the future from the 20th of September 2024.
If you booked a tattoo appointment/session with us you will receive 2 emails from us 24 hours before your tattoo appointment starts.
1st email : Email Appointment reminder (we will place a link in the email for the Client Consent Form Submission as well to make sure you will receive it)
2nd email : Client Consent Form for Submitting
We kindly ask EVERYONE who receive both emails, please fill our Client Consent Form by following the button from our 2nd email. If you have an appointment and you not received the Client Consent Form Submitting in any email, Please contact us.
