1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour, 4 hour and a full day tattoo session (with 5 hours work)
 
You will receive an email after purchase and then you can come to collect your special personalised Secret Santa Letter, which you can give to the recipient for Christmas on Christmas day. You will also receive an information sheet about the studio opening times and details to give to the recipient to make them book in easier with us for their tattoo session. When they contact us to book in, we will inform them about their tattoo session length and their booking options for 2025.

  • Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a Secret Santa Tattoo Session from our store. By purchasing, using, or booking these sessions, you agree to these terms.

    1. Secret Santa Tattoo Session Purchase

    ​

    Secret Santa Tattoo Session can only be purchased by providing the correct recipient's name and address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all details entered during the purchase process is accurate. We will not be responsible for any incorrect information entries,communication or booking issues that arise from such errors.

    2. Secret Santa Tattoo Session Letters Delivery

    ​

    Once a Secret Santa Tattoo Session is purchased, the buyer will receive a confirmation email of the purchase as proof of the transaction. If the buyer has not received the email, it is advised to check spam or junk folders before contacting our support team.

    This is the buyers responsibility to receive their Secret Santa Letter and Booking Information Letter From the studio. They can request it to get received via email or receive it in person at our studio. We will not be responsible for any incorrect information entries,communication, not received items or booking issues that arise from the buyers fault.

     

    3. Expiration

    ​

    Secret Santa Tattoo Session are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused tattoo session time will expire, and will no longer be redeemable. We encourage recipients to use their Secret Santa Tattoo Session within this timeframe to avoid losing their tattoo session.

    4. Redemption

    ​

    Each Secret Santa Tattoo Session can be redeemed until the full session time is used, provided it is within the 6-month expiry time frame. Once the session time is fully used or the expiration date is reached, the Secret Santa Tattoo Session will no longer be valid. Secret Santa Tattoo Session cannot be used to exchanged for cash. The Secret Santa Tattoo Session can be used multiple times until the full session time is exhausted. After the session time is fully used or the expiration date is reached, the Secret Santa Tattoo Session will no longer be valid.

    5. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

    ​

    Secret Santa Tattoo Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another recipient once purchased. The Secret Santa Tattoo Session is only valid for use by the individual whose full name and address was provided as the recipient during the purchase.​

    ​

    6. Fraud and Misuse

    ​

    Any attempt to book a Secret Santa Tattoo Session in violation of these terms, or any fraudulent use, may result in the Secret Santa Tattoo Session being voided without a refund.

    By purchasing or redeeming a Secret Santa Tattoo Session, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. For any further inquiries or issues related to Secret Santa Tattoo Session, please contact our customer support team.
